Formulated with highly transparent Vibrant Bloom Oil, it achieves the color you see is the color you get. Additionally, Color Lasting Oil adheres to the lips for lasting, beautiful color. By blending high-viscosity oils with a high refractive index, it creates a glossy finish. Upon application, the gel softens to fit the lips, then sets into a plump, bouncy film. It contains Moisture Oil to lock in hydration, preventing moisture loss. Furthermore, the high viscosity of this liquid rouge allows for a thick coat, achieving a plump finish.
