Formulated with a water-based composition containing over 70% water, it spreads smoothly and evenly for a radiant finish. The addition of "lasting ingredients" enhances adhesion, making it resistant to friction, blinking, and rubbing, thereby minimizing glitter and pearl fallout. Its water- and oil-resistant properties prevent dullness, ensuring a long-lasting, crystal-clear shine throughout the day.
